Privacy Policy for Salati

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Salati ("the app") is a prayer times, Qibla direction, and Islamic calendar app. This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens to your data when you use it.

The short version

Salati does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no internet access, no account system, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything it does happens entirely on your device.

What information the app uses, and why

All of the above stays on your device. None of it is uploaded, sold, or shared with anyone, because the app has no way to send data anywhere - it does not request internet access at all.

Data storage

Your settings (language, location, calculation method, notification preferences, etc.) are saved locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes this data from that device.

Salati does not intentionally back up app data to the cloud and requests that Android exclude its data from backup and device-transfer services. Some device manufacturers may control system-level transfer behavior outside the app's control.

Third parties

Salati does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's privacy

Since the app collects no data from anyone, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children either.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
